Which way to the Třeboň Region
Třeboň region stretches over the region of South Bohemia along the borders with Austria, approximately 25 km east of the city České Budějovice. The axis of the region is formed by the Lužnice River.
The railway line passes through the region from north to south; Veselí nad Lužnicí - Třeboň - České Velenice - Gmünd with a connection to the České Budějovice - Prague line in Veselí nad Lužnicí.
Transportation by bus is possible by direct links from any larger city.
If you choose to travel by car, then the main access motorway is no. 3 (E55) from the north (from Prague), from which you turn onto no. 24 after Veselí nad Lužnicí to Třeboň. Motorway no. 34 (E551) leads to Třeboň region in the direction from Jindřichův Hradec.
